iphone跟ipodtouch連在一起了

我的iphone第一次連到電腦的時候我不小心點到ipodtouch的選項 結果從此他們變成同一個==都同步成ipod的 請問要怎麼把他們分開啊? 或是怎麼讓iphone重新連結到itunes? 困擾我好久了!!!...
