你目前的公司是基地台網路維運 是外勤的嗎？ M04應該是行通基維股 如果正確的話 這是外勤 聽說滿辛苦的 因為24小時待命 過年也沒得休 要輪班 汗流浹背的一定的 要爬高 車開不上去的要爬山(還限時搶修) 加班費就不清楚了 待命是絕對沒有錢拿的 放長假都綁死了 我想沒有成家年輕人 一定做不久的 還四中 台清交阿~ 可能嗎 做這個 忠誠度滿重要的 因為很多基地台沒拿到xxx 可能不是這圈子就很難了 另外薪水好像比台哥大、遠傳低喔 有些同業覺得中華比較有保障 人手多 輪班較輕鬆 或一些原因來投考這組 但名額太少太少 就很競爭 基地台都是共構 同業常常一起進出 大都認識 開這個缺就是挖風評好的同業人員 搞不好都心有所屬(這算不算靠後台呢？) 如果你是中華的長官 你會用後台硬 還是用強力幫手來分攤工作量？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.253.112.237
