【短片】東海岸掀10米巨浪　女觀浪洩春光

【黃瑞娟／花蓮報導】蘇力颱風步步進逼，花東海岸掀起十米巨浪，打在防波堤彷彿炸彈開花，十分壯觀。海巡單位在岸邊拉起封鎖線，禁止民眾靠近，但仍有陸客不顧危險，湧入東海岸觀浪，陸客拿起相機瘋狂拍照，驚說：「根本就是世界奇觀，太磅礡了」看起來險象環生。
