颱風當天就斷電斷電視斷網路 電視昨天下午就修好了 網路一直到現在都無法 打電話到中華電信去打了兩天都在推皮球 推到有點不高興了 現在只好用手機接電腦上網 但是想到他們的推皮球態度就一肚子氣 請問有何方式能申述嗎? 我覺得這是我們消費者的權益耶!!! 有人跟我是一樣的情況嗎? 南崁/山腳地區 HINET光世代20M -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.244.14.216
