洪仲秋事件 綠委批：沒軍中人權怎麼推募兵制！

【黃揚明／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲秋枉死案，綠委吳秉叡今指出，過去「合理的是訓練，不合理是磨練」這樣的觀念應該改變，如果惡整人還振振有詞，那軍中人權永遠無法被大家接受，政府又要怎麼推行募兵制？誰願意把孩子送進這樣的環境？

至於關禁閉制度，綠委高志鵬說，制度是否該存在可以討論，但不該是因洪仲秋個案發生後就廢除，也不該因為洪仲秋父親說不該廢除，就又變成暫時停止，彷彿國防部亂了套，讓人覺得心虛、亂無章法。
