標題挫冰使用的冰

常買的冰品店於本是使用從冰廠叫的冰磚(一大塊用機器刨成細冰) 但最近他們改用自己的製冰機來製冰 而刨出來的冰都會有不自然的自來水味... 請問這是店家用生自來水就直接下去製冰才會有的情況? 而專業的冰廠是有自己的工序可以篩除這種自來水異味是嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.226.95.68
