依據兵役法第四章 第25條
停止徵集服常備兵役現役年次前之役齡男子，未經徵集或補行徵集服役者，應服替代役，為期一年。
其中的未經徵集或補行徵集服役者到底是指啥意思
是入伍通知?還是體檢之後? 抽籤之後
