今年以來（至7/23）台股上漲6.69%，觀察投信發行的所有國內基金績效表現，189檔台股基金中有9檔基金是負報酬，平均績效為11.36%；24檔台股股債平衡基金今年來全數正報酬，平均績效逾1成，表現績效前五名為群益安家、台新高股息平衡、復華神盾、永豐趨勢平衡、復華人生目標，整體來看，台股平衡基金表現不輸台股基金。
群益投信表示，現階段想投資台股，卻又擔心市場波動的穩健型投資人，建議可運用台股平衡型基金介入，不但有效降低投資組合波動度，同時可因應市場變化參與股市漲升機會，提高中長期投資勝率。
此外，在市場動盪中特別容易展現抗跌特性、股債均衡布局的平衡基金，整體投資策略只要看對趨勢、因應金融市場變動適當調整股債比例，都有助投資組合效益。
群益安家基金經理人沈宏達指出，今年5月以來，受到美國Fed將開始減少QE規模的預期影響，國際股市震盪，連帶使台股波動加劇，但在市場過度反應後，投資人逐漸認同QE退場代表經濟景氣明顯好轉，近期投資氣氛已回復正常、轉趨樂觀，台股呈現低檔有撐的整理格局。
沈宏達表示，平衡基金選股兼具價值及成長，現階段建議傳產重於電子類股，長期投資操作將著重於競爭力改善之傳產股（如醫材、紡織下游、工具機等）與未來趨勢消費的電子股（如雲端、光學等）等。
