日參院選舉 安倍打經濟牌

安倍取得完全執政，由於自民黨在選戰後共得到134席，確定獲得參議院多數執政，為自2007年以來首次參眾議院都由單一執政黨占多數，摩根日本(日圓)基金經理人水澤祥一(Schoichi Mizusawa)認為，有助加速秋季第3支箭的第2輪增長策略出台，雖仍需持續觀察策略內容，但伴隨基本面持續改善，外資持續流入，看好日股本波多頭格局將可延續，並建議可積極加碼日股。
水澤祥一(Schoichi Mizusawa)指出，這次勝選顯示日本國民支持安倍政策並渴望改變，且國會由單一政黨取得多數也有助於增加立法與行政效率。不過，水澤祥一強調，勝選將是更大挑戰的開始，後續可觀察安倍政府將於秋季推出的第3隻箭第2輪增長策略內容，是否包括原先爭議性較高的改革政策，如降低企業稅、開放農業，加入TPP(跨太平洋夥伴協定)、甚至恢復核電以降低電力成本。
水澤祥一說明，上述政策仍存在多重雜音與歧見，因此，大選後的整合與改革，將視確認日本未來長期成長動能是否延續，以及中長期資金是否持續加碼日本股市的關鍵。
事實上，安倍經濟學力挽通縮，並促進日本內需增長效應已然發酵。水澤祥一指出，因珠寶、奢侈品等高價商品熱銷，日本6月百貨零售銷售較去年同期成長7.2%至5167億日圓，若扣除311強震的極端值，已創下1998年4月以來的最大增幅。此外，豪華車在今年前4月銷售年增長達20%，日本航空所有國際商務艙4月年增長也創10%的高增長。
