大樓安裝數位天線

我們社區大樓最近想更換頂樓天線從類比改數位
管委會原以為只要把天線換掉5棟大概花個幾千塊就好
但不知社區主任去打聽後說每棟要約3萬元，說是什麼強波器那些也要換
因為還沒收到具體報價明細所以也不知道合不合理
想請問是否有人可幫忙評估可能需更換的項目與合理價位
(我們社區2006年完工，11樓共5棟，原本就有天線同軸線從頂樓一路接到B1機房，說是原本就有放大器設備)
