軍事法三讀通過 洪慈庸感謝大家

立法院院會今天三讀通過軍事審判法部分條文修正，承平時軍人犯罪回歸一般司法機關追訴、審理，洪仲丘案也適用。

對此洪仲丘的姐姐洪慈庸表示，軍事法很不容易才修過，如果沒有律師、與各界人士及這次廿五萬人站出來，這法案不可能比比預期還快通過，非常感謝大家的努力。
