房客飛刀遛鳥 判拘80日

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄市一名陳姓男子因使用空間問題，與房東發生糾紛，去年4月竟拿水果刀插在房東木門上，還戳著一張紙條寫「欺人太甚」，房東全家看了心生畏懼；2個月後陳男行徑越發囂張，在5樓陽台全裸遛鳥，見到房東孫女曬衣也不迴避，房東一家終於忍無可忍提告。

陳男被起訴後，在法庭上坦承犯行，並當庭對房東一家表示歉意；而當時看到陳男生殖器的房東孫女也表示願意原諒他，並請法院對他輕判。高雄地院審理後依恐嚇將他判拘55日，依公然猥褻罪將他判拘20日；應執行拘役80日，得易科罰金8萬元。
