網路遊戲辱罵的法律問題

有一名外掛玩家，掛在很多活人練功的地圖上，常常因為活人不滿他的行為，常常拖怪撞死他。

有一次，這名外掛玩家剛好人就在電腦前，他就直接上線，使用【密頻】罵了些【廢物】之類的不堪入目之詞。

由於我有使用實況程式，且也有觀眾在觀看，是否可以構成【公然侮辱】或是【毀謗罪】？

另外，他說使用讓他可以復活的技能，害他復活起來又死掉，造成經驗損失，構成【妨礙自由罪】及【干擾他人電磁紀錄】？

根本就是外掛才嚴重影響活人權益和干擾吧？

請幫解答，是否能提告【公然侮辱】或【毀謗罪】？

而他的【妨礙自由】及【干擾他人電磁紀錄】是否成立？
