【黃瑞娟／花蓮報導】花蓮縣政府將鳳林鎮打造成東台灣「客家文化慢城」！鳳林鎮公所推出「慢城護照」和「阿鳳妹遊鳳林」APP程式，讓第一次來鳳林的遊客，除了按圖索驥外，也能用手指頭滑手機找資料，將鳳林鎮所有好吃好玩的資訊「E網打盡」。

鳳林鎮長彭宗乾說，憑「慢城護照」到店家消費打卡或集章，集滿7個特色店章可到客家特色館兌換小禮物，來自台北的粉領族陳惠芳說，APP程式好查又上手，邊玩邊滑不用帶一堆旅遊導覽書，非常輕便實用。
