http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM5/8103534.shtml 奇力無預警停工 700人討資遣費 【聯合報╱記者周宗禎／新市報導】 2013.08.18 03:08 am 南科奇力光電無預警停工，受害員工昨天發起26日將集體到市政府前抗爭，要求司法機關 儘快調查資方有無惡意掏空公司，希望市政府協助追回資遣費，已經有兩百人連署。員工 質疑，5年前奇美集團宣布「5年內投資百億」，5年過去了卻是撒手。奇美實業表示，早 已退出經營，近年只是單純投資，身為股東也是受害者。 張姓連署發起人說，奇力受害員工約有700人，正逐一連繫，請大家26日帶家屬到市府表 達訴求，希望政府與各界重視奇力資方的所作所為，及對受害家庭與社會安定的負面影響 。 張姓員工說，他光是認股公司股票就損失兩百多萬，早已不抱希望，但是連停工起碼該給 的資遣費20多萬都沒有，「太過分了」。 林姓員工表示，當初會從奇美集團到奇力，就是聽信公司高層的願景與要成為LED業界龍 頭的豪語，「沒想到現在卻成棄嬰」。 奇美集團2006年搶進當時一片看好的LED產業，投資10億元成立奇力光電，奇力也是全台 第一家垂直整合LED廠，2008年奇美集團宣布5年內投資百億，不料當年金融風暴，奇美不 僅未再增資，隔年與群創合併後不久，就宣告退出奇力的經營。 林姓員工質疑，奇力原是奇美集團子公司，奇美現在卻撇清，「沒想到幸福企業竟會變得 這般無情」。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.129.78.165
