標題[問題] 國際快遞業 國外客服 發展

三十出頭歲 國立外文畢 畢業後前幾年都在從事英文編輯的工作 後來有些健康因素 在家休息接案了兩三年 後來也有嚐試一些不同工作如 貿易公司 等 最近應徵上一個國際快遞公司(非前四大)的國外客服專員工作 工作內容主要在幫客戶向國外查詢貨件狀況 並回報客戶 會應用到英文 需要說寫讀流利 等 薪資也就一般 32000+全勤1500 在考慮要不要去報到 主要考量是似乎是單調性千篇一律的工作 好像比較沒發展性 (和去貿易公司當助理或秘書比起來) 但似乎也有有趣的一面(要接電話 和國外代理聯絡交流等) 是個比較不一樣性質的工作. 只是考慮到年齡也不小了 好像也不該一直從事比較不能累積經驗優勢的工作~ 不曉得大家覺得怎麼樣 thanx~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.112.161
