基隆市北寧路31日因巨石掉落，道路封閉無法通行。基隆市警察局管制交通，1日提出道路暫行替代方案。

要往八斗子方向，可改走仁一路、東明路、東信路、培德路、深溪路、新豐街或調和街。市區往瑞芳方向，可改走八堵路、源遠路、台62線。

八斗子往市區可改走新豐街、深溪路、培德路或調和街、深澳坑路、培德路、東信路、信一路市區。往台北市方向可行駛孝東路上台62線匝道；往基隆市區也可由路線行駛到暖暖匝道口，下匝道後進入基隆市區。
