普渡 曾銘宗求金融蓬勃

記者曹逸雯／台北報導 在原財政部政務次長曾銘宗出任金管會主委後，懸缺1個月的財金2部會的副首長人事終告定案。行政院今（2）日宣布，財政部政務次長將由現任金管會常務副主委吳當傑接任，而金管會常務副主委則由現任證期局局長黃天牧接任。 吳當傑為中興大學財政學系學士、政治大學財政研究所碩士，曾赴美國威斯康辛大學法學院進修，曾任財政部證券暨期貨管理委員會副主任委員、金管會證期局局長、財政部主任秘書，以及現任金管會副主委，行政院表示，吳當傑為財政專業出身，既是財政部的老同事，也是現任金管會副主委，未來必能恰如其分，發揮長才，協助財政部業務推動。 黃天牧是政治大學銀行學系學士、中山大學中山學術研究所碩士、美國南加州大學公共行政研究所博士，曾擔任財政部金融局副局長、金管會主任秘書、檢查局兼任局長、保險局局長，以及現任證期局局長。行政院表示，黃天牧金融行政歷練豐富，對於建置我國人民幣債券市場、推動國際證券業務並完成「國際金融業務條例」部分條文修正的立法工作、建構保險業退場機制，以及強化商業保險社會化功能，推動保障型、年金保險及長期照護險商品等業務，均著力甚深，未來也將秉持其專業能力，協助推動各項金融監督與管理工作。
