嚴明弔唁殉職士官　表達惋惜與不捨

（軍聞社記者方正臺北十三日電）國防部長嚴明今天在政戰局局長王明我中將、蘭陽指揮部指揮官楊少將與宜蘭後備指揮部指揮官馬上校等人陪同下，前往宜蘭礁溪弔唁因公殉職的國防部勤指部林逢春上士，對國軍損失一位優秀的幹部表達惋惜與不捨，亦盼家屬節哀。

　嚴部長表示，國防部依法將會從優撫卹，同時待鑑定單位查明事故肇因後，提供相關法律協助，為家屬爭取最大權益。

　嚴部長指出，林上士在國防部服務期間，認真負責、勇於任事，一切以公為重，殊值敬佩；對於十二日晚間林上士負責監督合約商維修冷氣系統時，壓縮機突然發生爆炸，而不幸殞命，他深感歉意；後續有關林上士治喪事宜，他已指示國防部勤指部、陸軍蘭陽指揮部與宜蘭後備指揮部全力協助。
