立院院會停擺　下午兩點繼續協商

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院會上午因朝野協商，議事持續停擺，行政院長江宜樺無法順利上台進行施政報告。立法院長王金平中午12點20分宣布因議事錄尚待協商，因此下午2點繼續協商。

據了解，11點35分朝野第二次協商時，在野黨已願意退讓，暫不處理電價緩漲及廢核四的訴求，而江揆道歉、廢除特偵組等訴求，則交回藍黨團內部溝通，下午再繼續協商。
