國民黨抗告 審判長聲請迴避

最新消息！針對王金平黨籍假處分案，國民黨上星期向高等法院提出抗告，現在出現重大變化，高等法院合議庭審判長魏麗娟，不滿外界質疑她政治立場傾向國民黨，向高等法院院長陳宗鎮自請「迴避」此案。

高等法院合議庭審判長魏麗娟希望由其他法官擔任審判長，由於法官聲請迴避，牽涉雙方當事人意願以及外界觀感，甚至可能必須重新抽籤決定合議庭，目前高院院長還沒有批准。
