遭指紊亂憲政體制 綠委持續杯葛江揆上台

民進黨團今天持續杯葛江揆在立院上台施政報告，並強調江宜樺也參與馬總統鬥爭立法院長王金平的行動，紊亂了行政、立法、司法三權分立的憲政體制，要求江宜樺為此道歉，否則不會讓江上台報告。

民進黨團書記長吳秉叡說，「紊亂憲政體制」是指行政院長不可參與鬥爭立法院長，民進黨要求江宜樺就捲入總統鬥爭立法院長的行為道歉，「沒有為鬥爭立法院的行為道歉，就沒有上台報告的機會。」

民進黨團幹事長高志鵬說，江宜樺並非被動接受採訪，而是主動散發追殺王金平訊息，馬江集團毀憲亂政，始作俑者，咎由自取都是江宜樺自己造成，他敬告江宜樺「不要再逃避」。
