唐榮工會控訴惡質董事　要求重新改選

【李英婷／台北報導】民進黨團幹事長高志鵬今陪同唐榮工會舉行記者會，控訴唐榮不銹鋼歷年來累積賺進200多億元，仍要面臨關廠裁員，企業社會責任何在？理事長張仲傑表示，不銹鋼龍頭廠燁聯申請與唐榮結合，卻遭高等法院2度駁回，反向直接操作三位獨立董事在董事會提案要求終止不銹鋼產銷業務，改善經營虧損問題。

張仲傑說，公司經營虧損是景氣寒冬，造成存貨跌價損失，但經理人不知檢討決策問題，獨立董事又為了圖利財團而做出不理智的決定，董事會已失去監督及決策能力，有必要解散董事會重新改選。

對此，經濟部國營事業委員會副組長張文雄表示，董事會成員是6席半官股、5席民股推薦董事，經濟部不會同意獨立董事的終止業務提案，已要求經理人提出改善經營對策，並積極溝通。
