行政院長江宜樺2日表示，「兩岸服務貿易協議」是各國觀察台灣是否有決心加入區域經濟整合的重要指標。
江宜樺期盼立法院能儘速通過服貿協議，同時也要求相關單位加緊腳步，希望能在年底前完成台星ASTEP的簽署。
行政院指出，為加速推動我國國際經貿自由化，「國際經貿策略小組」在上次會議做成兩階段完成法規及市場開放的整備工作，全部整備工作預計在今年底前完成。
