金管會主委曾銘宗3日在立法院財委會表示，若金管會祭出的提振股市3大措施全部實施，對股市價量會有助益，根據券商公會預估，日均量可增加1成左右，上市櫃股票成交量最低加起來應可以超過千億元。
台股3日放量強漲，飛越8300點，曾銘宗表示，金管會日前宣布的3大提振股市措施已實施2項，先買後賣現股當沖措施也將在明年1月6日實施，相信這3項措施實施後，對台股價量會有助益。
曾銘宗還說，根據券商公會預估，上市櫃股票成交量可增加1成左右，目前9月台股日均量已達942億元，先買後賣現股當沖明年實施後，上市櫃加起來，日成交量最低加起來應該可以超過1000億元。
此外，曾銘宗也提到，影響影響股市因素非常多，有經濟及非經濟因素，例如美國政府預算問題及QE退場問題，不過，他認為，今年下半年景氣會比上半年好，明年經濟會比今年好，相信短暫的非經濟因素，慢慢消除後，股市機能將進一步發揮。
