禁化武組織籲敘停火以毀化武

英國廣播公司9日報導，國際禁止化學武器組織（OPCW）祕書長烏茲恩竹要求敘利亞停火，以便摧毀敘國化武。烏茲恩竹說，根據聯合國決議，必須在今年十一月一日之前摧毀敘國的化武生產設備，且在明年中之前銷毀所有積存的化武，時程「極為緊迫」，而如果敘利亞內戰交戰各方同意暫時停火，則上述目標仍可能達成。
