胡志強表示，馬王在國慶碰面該如何互動，他覺得正常自然就好，不必迴避，也不必敏感，是院長就喊院長，是總統就喊總統。
〔記者陳思豪／綜合報導〕國民黨宣布不對立法院長王金平假處分案提出再抗告，被外界視為可能是馬王國慶破冰的重要契機。台中市長胡志強今(8)日表示，希望一切自然正常就好，不用刻意迴避，也不必敏感，不必糾結稱謂問題，對國民黨的決定，他也不感到意外。
胡志強表示，馬王在國慶碰面該如何互動，他覺得正常自然就好，不必迴避，也不必敏感，「是院長就喊院長，是總統就喊總統。」
他認為外界對此事已經過度敏感，兩人見面有什麼互動，眼神如何？有沒有握手？該如何稱呼？本來就該一切正常，有什麼不自然的？對於這樣現象，他直言「很奇怪」。
但他認為，雖然兩人在本件事情看法不同，但大家都尊重司法強調理性，這就是台灣民主的成熟與進步。
對國民黨不再提抗告，他認為這樣的做法很合理，因為第一次抗告很正常，第二次再提也勉強說的過去，但第三次再提就會把局勢弄僵，這樣恐怕也不好。他認為，馬王至今沒有口出惡言，都走司法途徑，這是最好現象，不懂為何有人會失望。
