電影法修法 文化部提收電影稅

萬物齊漲就是薪水不漲，現在連放鬆娛樂的電影票也要喊漲！文化部長龍應台昨(9)日表示，為了扶持國片發展，將推動電影法修法，針對電影票價開徵5%的「電影扶植稅」，但民眾聽到不禁大喊生活都已經難過了，現在連電影票也要漲價，未來連進戲院都不想了！
龍應台說，一旦修法通過，預計每年可以挹注國片3.6億元，但價錢卻是轉嫁到消費者頭上，看電影全票將要貴10至16元。以台北來說，一輪威秀、美麗華等戲院全票一張已經要價310元，未來將可能一張票變為320~326元，有民眾跟電影導演一同開砲痛批，文化部美意幫助國片，但卻只會讓進戲院看電影的人越來越少。
龍應台說，目前國片整體市占率僅17.46%，票房全年收入僅11億元多，遠遠少於南韓、日本及中國的市佔率，強調電影稅在國外已行之有年，政府在1993年已減免電影院5%營業稅，現在只是用電影扶植稅補回原本的營業稅。
