新竹縣竹林大橋下游側開放單向通車

新竹縣連結竹東鎮與芎林鄉的竹林大橋，今天上午開放下游側單側通車，通車寬度15公尺。另外，竹林大橋也封閉上游側，進行「舊橋換新橋」整建工程，預計明年7月完工，恢復雙向通車，以達到紓解交通目的。
