剛剛收到信用卡帳單 看到的是這次儲值被收取的信用卡國外交易服務費?(打電話抱怨過 收1.5%)
不懂的是 為什麼 當初儲值時都沒有告知呢? 覺得非常的不開心
我用的是台新銀行的卡 非常想要剪掉他

有沒有人知道哪一家卡不收的啊 困惑啊 請大家告知
