大統油品大賣場接受退貨（2）

生活中心／台北報導 大統爆發「黑心油」風暴！大統長基食品公司以低價油等添加調色劑銅葉綠素，混充橄欖油販售，彰化縣政府表示，大統違法情節重大，勒令停工，罰款2820萬元，創下食品衛生管理法上路以來新高。不少民眾今(19)日趁著假日去退貨，大罵業者太離譜、很黑心。 大統「黑心油」風暴，將成為新食品衛生管理法上路以後，開罰重鍘的第一槍！衛生福利部表示，經彰化縣衛生局調查之後，目前罪證確鑿的已知36項食用油，包括違法添加物、標示不實等，將「一罪一罰」，目前初估罰金將破1100萬；至於「長期摻偽」部分，也建議檢方求處最重3年徒刑。 彰化檢方也加快腳步，檢察官也三度搜索工廠，並清查負責人高振利和公司名下財產，防止脫產；衛福部也通令各地衛生局，全面清查國內160多家標榜生產百分百油品的食品工廠，稽查業者的配方與製程，避免大統事件再度發生，結果預計下周五出爐。 食用油發生問題，許多民眾今天利用假期辦理退貨，各大小通路量販店、雜貨店都有不少民眾要退貨，不少餐飲業者為了自清，也趕緊打出「本店不用大統油」聲明，有的甚至出示油廠認證，就怕民眾不敢上門。 不過，連鎖量販店卻傳出有民眾拿了5款大統油要退，但是該量販店沒有賣這5個品項，得拿去原來購買地點退錢，民眾怒批，如果有誠意，應該到哪裡都可以退貨，不然要跑好多趟，非常麻煩。至於委託大統代工的台糖葡萄籽油遭受波及，除全面回收商品外，也接受民眾持發票或商品辦理退貨，並準備向大統長基公司求償。
