中職／象隊球員：大概差不多了

近幾年，每到球季末就會出現兄弟象隊可能轉賣的傳言，球迷、球員早就習慣，因為不久後都會回歸正軌；但今年氣氛特別不同，很多球員、教練都認為，「大概差不多了。」

中職今年熱度非凡，例行賽總觀眾人數接近一百四十六萬人次，比去年提升約百分之一百五十。然而在義大、統一、Lamigo球團不斷「加碼」經營之下，兄弟球團的「小本生意」卻顯得更突兀。

當其他三隊砸錢弄啦啦隊、主場聲光設施，只有兄弟飯店支撐的象隊，仍然只能勤儉持家、能省則省，球員、教練都無奈：「我們跟大家的差距，好像越來越大。」

洪家五兄弟當初因為「熱情」組球隊，象隊從業餘時代到今日，也走過了廿九個年頭，但兄弟球團近年來不堪虧損，球員也感受得到：「老闆的心與球隊似乎漸行漸遠。」

兄弟球團常喊話，盼球員「共體時艱」，近幾年優秀球員加薪幅度更不如其他球隊。

而且今年整體獎金縮水，球團高層出現在球場的比例越來越少，才是更明顯的差距，少了「關愛的眼神」，導致球員不安。
