調查：上班族每天加班 平均2小時

上班族平均每天都要加班！勞基法規定，兩周正常工時不得超過84小時，相當於每月約10小時。但根據1111人力銀行調查，上班族平均每月含加班的工時為221小時，多出正常工時41小時，平均每天加班2小時。調查顯示，每月平均工時最高為「營建/不動產」，共278小時，其次為「傳產/製造」235小時、「民生/服務」232小時。

然而，收入與工時的關聯性卻呈現兩極化現象，月薪超過7萬元，每月工時超過236.8小時；而月薪2萬以下的人，單月工時也達224小時。1111人力銀行公關總監李大華指出，雖然職位愈高相對工時也較長，顯示責任、薪資與工時成正比，但卻有一群薪資低於2萬的族群工時過長，相當於平均時薪僅90元，是值得重視的弱勢「職場邊緣人」。
