餐飲業掛綠燈籠　食安將仿日標示食材來源

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】國內近來引發連續的食安問題，農委會農糧署指出，將可能仿造日本「綠燈籠」模式，標示食材產地，餐飲店家若使用當地產銷的食材，在門口掛上綠色燈籠。

《聯合報》報導，農委會農糧署署長李蒼郎昨受訪表示，將參考日本「綠燈籠」做法先鼓勵餐廳、小吃店等業者標示食材產地，可望1、2年內應可上路。日本餐飲店家若使用當地產銷的食材，可在門口掛上綠色燈籠，選用在地食材逾9成即可獲得5顆星；消費者也可知道店家用的蔬果、調味料來源。
