男警戀女警　侵入住處「情蒐」 判拘70日

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市許姓警員(34歲)對李姓女警有好感，想追求李女，萌生侵入李女住處，了解李女私人生活喜好，即可投其所好追求李女，許男於是先私下複製李女住處的電磁感扣再溜進李女住處。

今年5月，許男再次闖入李女住處，一開門卻撞見李女友人在屋內，許男隨即關門離開，友人驚覺有異告知李女後，李女調取監視器畫面發現許男竟4度侵入李女住處。許男事表示願賠償李女10萬元，台中地院依侵入住宅罪判許男拘役70日，得易科罰金7萬元。
