【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名47歲的高姓男子，與36歲鄭姓小三，發生婚外情，小三並產下1名男童，前後近2年時間，高妻完全不知老公外遇，後來有次在高男手機內，看到小三與男童的生活照，覺得很不尋常，經逼問下，高男才坦承這段婚外情，高妻憤而提告老公與小三通姦、相姦罪嫌，但檢方偵辦時，高妻心軟當庭具狀撤回告訴，最後偵查終結，獲不起訴處分。
