請問因為年初買了預售屋, 已進行裝潢2各月,預計在1各月後裝潢完成, 整棟剩下四戶未裝潢,一戶完全未有裝潢,剩下三戶都要裝潢好了 不過最近區分所有權人開會時訂立裝潢規約要押保證金 要壓保證金,另外加收清潔費用每日200元 覺得有點不合理,想找板來詢問,但不知應可在哪個板找到類似詢問資訊?? 先感謝各位大大 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.70.80.43
