高市學生評量　教師團體質疑個資外洩

【周昭平／高雄報導】高雄市教育局要求全市2、3、5、7、8等年級學生進行「學習診斷與進展評量」，高雄市教育產業工會今發表聲明質疑，認為學生施測要提供身分證字號，有違反個人資料保護法之虞，另該套檢測沒有配套措施，學生被當白老鼠。

教育產業工會並批評，該套系統僅能同時容納3千人預約使用，要借用電腦課在線上作答，預約不便且常當機，答案又無法暫存，不少學生做到一半當機，只好重做，師生都怨聲載道。加上教育局長鄭新輝借調自台南大學，工會質疑鄭新輝公器私用。

對工會質疑，教育局表示，教育部類似測驗也是使用身分證字號登入，目的是為長期追蹤學習發展，個資嚴格保密；此外這項測驗是為本市國中小學生基本學力把關，透過評量結果的分析，幫助老師了解學生學習成效、主要迷思概念或錯誤類型，進而提供改善策略及補救教學。
