財政部長張盛和今(25)日表示，各部會未使用的閒置土地與官舍，將請各部會檢討，看有沒有公務需要，若沒有，就會提撥給國產署進行活化利用。

據立法院預算中心的報告指出，近5年以來，政府每年花在辦公廳舍的租賃費用超過新台幣20億元，若再加上國營事業與非營業基金，每年租金達40億元，但各部會仍有閒置土地與官舍未使用，立委批評政府製造「蚊子館」，又另編租屋預算，是雙重浪費。

對此，財政部長張盛和今天在立法院表示，將請各部會先行檢討，若沒有公務需要，如果沒有，就要改為非公務用，提撥給國產署來管理，將予以活化，可以出租、撥用、標售。
