【方翊倩／綜合報導】全國各級農會聘任職員統一考試明天截止報名，台中市民眾向《蘋果》投訴，她到彰化縣芳苑鄉農會報名時，農會告知「只錄用本地人」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，全國各級農會聘任職員統一考試，起薪三萬至三萬六千元。台中市何小姐投訴指稱，她嚮往農會工作穩定、津貼多，到芳苑鄉農會會務部報考，農會人員一看到她的資料，不斷要將她勸退。農會人員直白的說，只錄用當地人，外地人就算錄取了，也過不了六個月試用期。她懷疑難
不成有黑箱作業。

農會則表示員工背負業績壓力，本地人較能勝任，是善意提醒並非拒絕報考。
