曾銘宗買帝寶 並非只貸款1%

日前頂新魏家遭批判買帝寶4戶貸款金額高達9成9，只用了百分之一的自備款就住進豪宅，引發炒房疑慮。金管會主委曾銘宗今日為魏家緩頰，表示當初是因為貸款銀行第一銀行鑑價帝寶這四戶只鑑了6.1億元，遠低於當時市價與魏家買的7.5億元，因比最終貸款了6億元，因此才會有了貸款比率99%的誤解。若以當時依市價貸款8成的銀行房貸策略來說，並沒有特別給予優惠。曾銘宗說，而且當時並沒有選擇性的信用管制，因此頂新貸款買帝寶並沒有違反當時的監理原則，之後央行管制措施要求銀對第二棟以上買房貸款成數，需下降至6成。
