【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國加州洛杉磯市郊的英格伍德(Inglewood)，當地時間周三(27日)下午發生一起槍手挾持人質事件，警方獲報有2名人質、包括一名14歲少女被不明男子持槍挾持，並躲入民宅中，槍手更揚言不惜開槍，警方到場包圍時，遭到槍手開槍射擊，共有2名警察中彈受傷，其中1人胸部中彈，被防彈背心所救，送醫後已無大礙。到場協助的特種部隊隨即開火與槍手對峙。

現場附近的街道都被封鎖，除特種部隊到場外，警方也派出談判專家到場與槍手溝通，最後歷時9小時，在談判專家與槍手建立互信、槍手相信自己會被「公平對待」後投降，隨即遭到警方帶走。目前槍手身分與動機仍不明。
