Akamai 宣布收購Prolexic

雲端服務供應商Akamai與Prolexic宣布雙方已簽署最終協議，Akamai將收購以提供雲端為基礎的安全解決方案供應商Prolexic，保護數據中心及企業IP應用程式，避免分散式阻斷服務（DDoS）的攻擊。

根據協議中的條款，Akamai預期在價格調整，並承擔Prolexic仍未歸屬的購股權後，斥資3.7億收購Prolexic所有股權。交易完成並符合慣性交易條例後（包括獲得有關監管部門批准），收購計劃預計將於2014年上半年完成，因此，Akamai的2013年第四季度的業績預測保持不變。預計收購Prolexic將輕微地稀釋Akamai在交易結束後第一年的非公認會計原則每股淨收入，範圍在0.06至0.08美元之間。收購完成後，Akamai將在未來的業績預測中加入Prolexic。
