一名住在英國的65歲婦女布萊笛（June Brady）有天晚上望向自家窗外的花園，突然瞥見一個青面勾鼻的女巫。布萊笛嚇壞了，連忙拿起相機捕捉女巫的畫面，並傳給親友表示她看到了女巫。
 
但布萊笛克服恐懼後仔細再看，發現原來「女巫」是樹葉造成的錯覺，因為正值晚間，燈光照射下格外陰森，證明原來是虛驚一場。
