桃園縣衛生局查獲統一企業旗下統一生機開發標示不實，依食品衛生管理法，今天從重裁罰20萬元。

桃園縣衛生局表示，統一生機在「統一生機明日葉精力湯」添加銅葉綠素鈉，但產品外包裝卻標示天然葉綠素。

似乎跟西門町的「金園排骨」一樣，晴光意麵也有許多名稱一樣的店。（說明）

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國新墨西哥州一名女子，日前在德州開車時，被警察攔下檢查搜身，當時警察身邊的緝毒犬對女子有「反應」，警察便要求她脫衣進行搜身，並用手指插入女子陰道「搜毒」，但現場並無所獲，警察遂將女子帶回警局，繼續進行「探肛」檢查，但還是沒有找到毒品，最後是把女子送到醫院照X光，證實她真的沒有在體內藏毒，才放她離開。

這位姓名不願意曝光的女子回去後愈想愈氣，覺得自己就像是被性侵一般，警察實在過度濫用權力，決定透過律師替自己討回公道。代表律師也表示，警方在事發現場手上並沒有搜查令，行為確實失當，目前訴訟正在進行中。
