【方翊倩／綜合報導】物價上漲，以舊物換新品的新型態環保便利店越來越夯，以大台北為據點的兩大環保便利店業者綠寶福利社與城市源點，讓民眾可用資源回收品累積點數、兌換各類民生必需品，推出不到一年，會員數合計已破八千人。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，目前在北市有三個據點的綠寶福利社行銷總監王懷蜀說，電價、物價齊漲，會員數累積迅速，光是大龍店一個月的會員資源回收兌換點數就高達二十四萬點，以一公斤廢紙可換十五點估算，相當一萬六千公斤廢紙的量，民眾兌換商品以垃圾袋及米油鹽等日用品最多。另家業者城市源點除可兌換全新日用品，也可換二手商品，本月中將在台中後火車站設旗艦店，未來更將在台廣設三百個據點。

小弟在10/24號 下班騎車回家途中發生了

被一位19歲還剛被因吸毒管束中的小鬼酒駕撞到

我好死不死又撞在最難好的地方

病名為:腳踝脫位+輕微粉碎性骨折

在住院期間 對方帶了兩位中年人 說了一些不悅耳的話

第一:先繞一些人名 問我認不認識(意指他都認識 可能是黑道人物類)

第二:叫我別想太多 當作過運就好 也不要想拗他們太多 該賠他們會賠

問題1:他的第一項我沒在怕 他的人還沒我們認識的多

問題2:我問過無數護理科朋友 護士 下半身骨折 基本上會有半年無法工作，
對方只想賠我三個月無收入的薪水 這樣對嗎?

問題3:事故當下肇事人還叫沒喝酒的去做筆錄頂罪(僞造文書一條)有被警察發現，因為肇事者還在管束中 他比我還怕弄上法庭

試問:我是不是除了實質損失(無收入的六個月+醫藥費+看護費(有請人甚至家人請假來照顧薪資一定會被扣的損失)，另外是否還可求償民事賠償?

畢竟躺醫院的是我 我又沒錯 對方酒駕 我還要忍痛三到六個月

對方又一直強調不要上法庭 私下解決 但又不肯賠我們該有的錢

我有必要彎下身軀嗎? 畢竟對別人仁慈就是對自已殘忍

不要到時錢拿的不夠還放人家走 自已又有一輩子的後遺症?

請各位有經驗 以及 有這方面求償達人的高見 感激不進

【方翊倩／綜合報導】冬天是蔬菜盛產期，但菜價卻居高不下。民怨高麗菜從颱風期間一路漲，中秋節過兩個月還降不下來，以往此時頂多一顆四十元，現要價上百元。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，民眾投訴今年七月起多個颱風侵台，菜價直直漲，當時農糧署說中秋節過後就可恢復正常供應，價格回穩，但至昨菜價還是「貴森森」，懷疑是菜蟲集團背後操控菜價。高麗菜以往這季節頂多一顆四十元，現已哄抬到二百元，菜蟲根本是暴利，政府卻不抓。

經查昨每公斤批發價約三十元、每台斤零售價竟要五十至八十元，貴得誇張。公平會表示，今起會派員到傳統市場查價，查有無聯合哄抬行為。

Novak Djokovic在決賽擊敗尋求衛冕的David Ferrer，不敗場次推進到17場，並收下本季第6冠，且為爭取年終世界第一席次保留一絲希望。

雖然世界排名第一的Rafael Nadal.無緣決賽，但只要ATP年終賽拿下2場勝利，就有機會確定年終第一的位置，但Djokovic還有一絲翻盤的機會。

「夏天的表現起起落落，現在又把自己拉到高水平的層次上，我對自己多了很多信心。」Djokovic賽後表示。

Djokovic冠軍戰以兩個7-5擊敗 Ferrer，繼2009年後再度奪下巴黎名人賽冠軍，也是生涯第16座ATP1000系列賽冠軍，此系列獨缺辛辛那提站冠軍。

去年奪下巴黎名人賽冠軍，是 Ferrer生涯目前唯一一座ATP1000系列賽冠軍，今年擊敗西班同鄉Nadal.晉級決賽，但被Nadal.擋了下來。

Ferrer說，與Djokovic交手，如果不確實掌握好自己的機會，是不可能擊敗他的，「在關鍵時刻的掌握上，他表現得比我好。」
