日本汽車大廠豐田 Toyota，打算召回 88.5 萬輛賣出的汽車，以修補可能會導致冷汽系統漏水的問題。
日本汽車大廠豐田 Toyota，打算召回 88.5 萬輛賣出的汽車，以修補可能會導致冷汽系統漏水的問題。豐田表示，一旦發生漏水，水可能會滲入安全氣囊的控制模組，導致短路並觸動警示燈。情況嚴重的話，還可能對導致安全氣囊失去功能或無法正常操作。另外有很少數的情況，會導致動力轉向功能癱瘓。
這是召回的車子型號包括 2012 到 2013 年間生產的 Camry、Camry Hybrid、Avalon、 Avalon Hybrid、及Venza。
北美地區大約需要召回 84.7 萬輛車子，剩下的車子分布在歐洲、亞洲及中東地區。
豐田汽車發言人對媒體表示，目前為止接到了兩件，與這問題有關的輕微受傷事件報告，不過還沒有傳出任何導致車子撞擊的事件。
商譽受損？
這是豐田汽車在過去幾週內，第 3 次大規模的召回汽車事件。
豐田汽車上個月才在美國地區召回了 78 萬輛RAV4及Lexus HS 250h 型號的汽車，以修補減震懸架的問題。在去年初，豐田已經就同樣的問題，把車子召回一次，這次是由於擔心第一次的召回並沒有完全把相關問題給解決。
9 月份的時候，豐田召回了美國地區 61.5 萬輛的 Sienna minivans，以修補可能車子會自動切換到停車模式的問題。當時豐田表示，接獲了 24 起因為這個問題而導致的輕微事故的報告。
這幾週以來，豐田總共召回了 220 萬汽車。
汽車產業分析師表示，這麼密集地召回車子，已經影響到豐田汽車在消費者心中的商譽。另一名分析師也表示，如果只是單次大規模的召回車子，情況還算可以控制。可是如果一間汽車製造商，好幾次因為不相關連的問題，召回不同型號的車子回廠維修。那必定會讓消費者對這間公司商品的品質保證打上問號。要是問題關係到安全氣囊的操作，那就是個大問題了。
加上最近這一次，豐田今年以來召回廠維修的汽車數量，已達到 600 萬輛之譜。

【林奐成／綜合外電報導】烏克蘭前美女總理季莫伸科（Yulia Tymoshenko）正在獄中服刑，傳出有嚴重的背痛病情，該國總統亞努科維奇 （Viktor Yanukovych）前天表示，如果國會通過法令，允許季莫伸科出國就醫，他願意簽字同意。
美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）報導，亞努科維奇稱，國會正準備通過一份法案，協助季莫伸科就醫。烏克蘭前總理季莫伸科，是遭控瀆職而入獄服刑，去年曾在獄中絕食抗議。

| YouBike多卡連續借 發簡訊「示警」

〔自由時報記者吳亮儀／台北報導〕北市公共自行車YouBike夯，前卅分鐘騎乘免費相當受歡迎，不過有少數民眾鑽漏洞，用多張悠遊卡連續租借避免付費；台北市交通局昨天表示，下週起，個人有重複租借情形，將發簡訊「善意提醒」。
YouBike新制「同站十五分鐘續借限制」本月一日上路後，重複租借的情形減少許多，但會員申請規範中，一人可註冊五張悠遊卡，等於可在還車後、換一張卡立刻再借，就不會受到限制，交通局下週起將對「換卡再續借」四次以上民眾，發簡訊提醒。
據統計，本月至十三日止，有一百名使用者換卡重新租借；交通局表示，下週起就會發簡訊提醒，希望民眾合理使用公共自行車，未來若「鑽漏洞」情形嚴重，不排除暫停違規會員的使用資格。
另外，前卅分鐘免費騎乘措施是否延續到明年，民眾也相當關注；交通局明年編列了九千多萬元預算要繼續補助，交通局長王聲威說，將繼續爭取環保署的空汙基金，以達到明年可能高達一億八千多萬元的補助。

| 記錄雲嘉南鳥類生態之美 國際觀鳥馬拉松大賽19日登場

由雲嘉南風景區管理處、阿里山風景區管理處、西拉雅風景區管理處及農委會特有生物研究保育中心等共同主辦的2013白色嘉南國際觀鳥馬拉松大賽，將於19日正式開賽，今年共計有25個隊伍報名，除國內觀鳥好手外，還有來自馬來西亞、韓國、泰國、西班牙、美國、加拿大、南非等7個國家國際鳥友參加。
雲嘉南管理處鄭榮峯處長表示，比賽範圍涵蓋雲林、嘉義及台南等縣市，這是一個首創長達30小時的國際賞鳥大賽，如同長跑的馬拉松比賽，英文名為Birdathon，無論是水鳥與山鳥均可全面觀察。
鄭榮峯處長表示，今年比賽首創智慧觀鳥，由雲嘉南管理處與特有生物研究保育中心共同創新生物觀察記錄模式，比賽將採用特有生物研究保育中心所研發的「行動觀鳥調查APP」。
他又說，透過平板電腦，參賽者可即時上傳在比賽過程中所觀察記錄到的鳥種，建構雲嘉南濱海國家風景區內的鳥類分布資料，也同時可以記載各隊伍的觀鳥足跡與路線圖，分享賞鳥旅程。
鄭榮峯處長表示，藉由調查記錄APP，不但可以加快統計各隊的觀鳥成績，同時還可以了解各隊伍的觀鳥路線，雲嘉南管理處於賽後將分析觀鳥路線內容，配合路線中的旅遊景點，規劃更多的賞鳥套裝行程，以提供更優質的生態旅遊服務。
