【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】胎兒在子宮時，如何打發時間？3D掃描顯示胎兒除了會做出不同表情，也會伸手摸頭摸嘴和吸手指，這些小動作可是能顯示，胎兒發育是否正常。

英國發展心理學家里西蘭（Nadja Reissland），每月為15名發育正常的胎兒，進行3D超聲波掃描，發現不少胎兒到32周時，在小手摸到口部前，會先張大嘴巴，然後摸嘴唇吸手指，顯示胎兒預知手快要摸到嘴。里西蘭認為這個摸嘴動作，顯示胎兒是否準備好與人交流，並有助了解胎兒大腦的發育程度，尤其是早產兒。

針對總統夫人周美青今日出席國慶大典的服裝造型，時尚顧問陳璧君認為：「跟往年一樣『無聊』」。陳璧君更直言表示，洋裝與胸針的搭配真的太老派了。她建議，因為總統夫人的身材相當單薄，再加上又是短髮，可以選擇料子較硬挺的服裝，讓自己看起來比較有份量些。

還有，陳璧君認為今天周美青的脖子也太空、太低了，再加上攝影機鏡頭多是帶到上半身，若能夠有個白色，宛如20、50年代的復古式小圓領，會讓整體看起來比較活潑一點。

陳璧君表示，雖然周美青本來的穿著就比較偏保守，但畢竟是國慶大典這麼重要的場合，她建議周美青可以讓自己看起來比較福態、圓滿一點。雖然大家都知道她不會是一個喜歡配戴誇張、華麗飾品的國家元首夫人，但或許下次可以選擇在領口或袖口有一些小變化的洋裝，會讓整體造型看起來不至於那麼單調，也會比較有份量與氣勢。

【石明啟／桃園報導】桃園黃姓男子（34歲）待業缺錢花用，偷竊機車車牌掛在自己的機車上，昨天準備在桃園犯案，因闖紅燈被警方攔獲，查出他涉及多起搶案。

警方查出，九月間，黃男在中壢住家附近偷竊車牌後，在中壢、楊梅、平鎮等地區犯下四起搶奪落單婦女皮包。黃男坦承沒錢花用鋌而走險，警方訊後依搶奪、竊盜罪嫌移送桃園地檢署後，檢方昨晚向地院聲押獲准。
