【李志展╱台北報導】陶喆參與比賽的中國歌唱節目《全能星戰》上月錄完，明在江蘇衛視首播，今下午2點陶喆將出席開播記者會，他會前受訪透露，第4集與京劇名伶母親王復蓉一起唱京戲《霸王別姬》，他演項羽，媽媽演虞姬，母子首次對戲，母親嚴厲指導他唱戲，讓他壓力超大，「比自己的演唱會還緊張」！幸好最後奪得第一名，沒讓媽媽丟臉。

標題[求助] 男友的打呼聲困擾著我...

我本身是不太會打呼的人 頂多鼻道不暢通的時候 可能會在熟睡時發出一些呼吸聲 (有求證過男友) 但是 跟男友交往到現在 每次一起睡覺時 他的打呼聲真的讓我很難睡好 因為滿大聲的 我本身又比較怕吵 即便嘗試過 等我熟睡了 他再睡 還是會被他的呼聲吵醒 QQ 想帶他去看醫生 可是他好像覺得這沒有需要到看醫生的地步 因為他爸好像也會這樣打呼之類的.... 想請問大家有遇過這樣的問題嗎? 有什麼比較好的解決方法? 標題[問題] 同酬不同工

最近換了新工作，公司氣氛好同事佳，我真的很喜歡 當初面試時也說了，責任制但不會拖到下班時間。 一開始交接時，我也滿心歡喜，工作真的都能做完，結果… 原來那只是我一半的工作量，(交接給我的員工很強，只做我一半 的工作量，卻能每天做到晚一兩小時才下班，很受主管們喜愛) 接著我就立馬繼續交接另一個要離職員工的工作，於是我變成每天 都晚了快一小時~一小時半才走人，而且頭腦完全要多工處理， 生產管理，採購，新產品的試樣，各種包裝對搞確認，客戶追蹤，交期，庫存管理，資訊人員，環境打掃…etc 前陣子又包了一個同事請長假的一半工作量，於是累積了不少報表沒key單，現場人員又錯誤百出，讓我很難作業，終於連晚下班也無 法把當天工作做完了。 在我之前有一任員工A，也是身兼2職，其他員工常說A都準時下 班阿，所以我一開始也安分的做，想說畢竟新工作還不上手， 但由其他員工的口中我才知道， 1.A其實是做生管很久(很上手了)才又接採購，^^^而且有加薪^^^ (是我現在的薪水+5k) 2.以前的訂單量是現在的1/4，工作量顯然也是 3.現場來了不少新人報表錯誤百出，每天都要確認正確 4.以前有大量庫存，採購工作量小，現在不備庫存，我要時時讓物 料維持在最低量，每天更新每天追蹤各種物料庫存 讓我不滿的點是， 1.來這已快半年，我上份工作的薪水比這份多了 5k有，當初也說好三個月後調薪，雖然無法比照前份薪水， 但也不會太差，哈哈想笑==根本沒調 2.有個回家要幫忙家裡工作所以都不下班的員工，讓我這種每天 只留不到兩小時的人難以開口要求加薪 3.其他員工要嘛站在那裡聊天，不然就是閒到在整理環境，不然就是窮盡畢生氣力，以最緩慢的速度移動。 而我是從早奔到晚事情都還做不完，是我心眼太小嗎== 真的會不爽欸。 4.由於份內事已無法做完，份外事(辦公室搬風等 )更是無法插手，於是被主管認為都不幫忙別人的事 囧 5.怎麼可能是能力差嘛，交接給我的員工，所有土法鍊鋼(手打牌) 的報表我都拉公式跑了還做不完欸，還不說他交接的很不完整， 讓我處處摸索(我接了他的事，他被調做其他事) 不加薪就算了， 我退了一百步(當然主管應該是覺得我逾舉了一百步)，問主管 ，晚下班的時間有沒有可能轉為補休，主管說: “你是坐辦公室的，這種很難衡量你算不算加班吧?” (我才不會沒事硬要摸晚下班咧！無聊嗎…!!!!) “而且你做不完你要想原因在哪阿，如果是能力問題我有什麼辦法?” “把原因說清楚，真的不行也不會為難你，我們也不用搞的太難看” “我的忍耐也是有限度的阿”(我才是吧=m=) 我其實不怕加班，但要看的到成績阿，一樣時間下班你以為 我們就做一樣多事嗎?！ 之前的工作由我負責的兩位老闆在我離職後都還挖角我去呢＞＜ 有個老闆甚至還是跟公司撕破臉的！ 我真的不相信我能力差還是不夠負責XD。 對於這種不當量的分配跟態度及薪資 我真的沒法可走了嗎? 我真的滿喜歡這裡的阿！！囧 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.134.125
