如果是要問酒駕是否為職業災害？

依照職業災害勞工保護法第7條：

勞工因職業災害所致之損害，雇主應負賠償責任。但雇主能證明無過失者
，不在此限。

如果是駕駛自己飲酒所造成的話，雇主當然沒有過失，不必賠。因為酒是駕駛自己要喝的，不是老闆要他喝的。

如果是老闆明知駕駛有飲酒仍然要他開車，那老闆就有賠償責任。

或者是老闆要駕駛喝酒後開車，那老闆也有賠償責任。

餐廳名稱：南門市場-立家湖州粽、徐家點心舖 消費時間：2013/09 地址：台北市中正區羅斯福路一段8號 電話：02-2321-8069 營業時間：07:00-19:00 圖文版 http://julialkpkpk.pixnet.net/blog/post/190420655 每逢過年時節，總是在電視前看著有關南門市場的報導 許多政商名流都愛到這裡採買年貨、年菜 於是趁著這次吃完南門市場旁邊的金峰滷肉飯後，就來到這裡走走、逛逛 果然我就像劉姥姥逛大觀園一樣呀!! 哈哈 印象中南門市場好像有整修過，而且搭捷運來超級方便 就在捷運中正紀念堂2號出口一出來就是了 我們這天除了B1其他樓層都逛了，2F的精品服飾價位滿高的，囧 美食區比較令我驚訝的是看到中和的嚐嚐九九熱炒店，呵呵 之前在中和連城路上吃過一次 不過南門市場這邊的價位和品項有沒有和連城店一樣就不得而知了 一樓專門賣南北雜貨，也是過年時節採買年貨年菜的一級戰區 不難想像到了過年人潮擁擠的情況，市場內的環境維持得很乾淨 逛起來還滿舒適的 一大堆的香腸、肝腸、臘腸看得我是眼花撩亂，因為沒接觸過這些乾貨 如果真的買回家我還真不曉得要如何料理呢!囧 我們在徐家點心舖買了一包千層糕、一盒叉燒包 立家湖州粽也是常常看到的團購美食，之前端午節的時候有在超商預購過一次 買了一顆湖州豆沙粽，以及一顆蛋黃鮮肉粽 價位還真是不便宜，偶爾買來吃吃解解嘴饞就好 蛋黃鮮肉粽 55元 蛋黃鮮肉粽的塊頭不大吃一顆有點不滿足呀! 哈哈 雖然內餡就真的是只有蛋黃和鮮肉但是味道好搭好好吃 比較吃不習慣的是竹葉包的好像有一種味道，因為從小就吃月桃葉包的粽子習慣了 月桃葉有種獨特的氣味，不過也是有人不太喜歡月桃葉的氣味啦! 哈哈 徐家點心舖 叉燒包 100元 味道還不錯，不過沒有很驚艷的感覺 熱熱的吃口感好棒，內餡甜甜鹹鹹的也滿不錯的喔! 千層糕 100元 我覺得這個千層糕也不錯吃，之前在外面都沒吃過這樣子的點心 口感很棒，裏頭的芋頭跟花生吃起來好搭 我喜歡蒸的熱熱的吃，雖然很燙但是滋味很好喔! 拿來當早點或是下午茶都滿棒的說! 不得不說，口袋得夠深才想吃到更多想吃的美食呀! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.35.133.99 ※ 編輯: pinkbox1003 來自: 218.35.133.99 (10/02 00:26)
